The Fishing
It is a very quiet and tranquil beat, double banked and about one and a half miles long. It is a 6 rod beat with 16 named pools. There are two fishing huts and a boat to cross the river between them. There is a seasonal ghillie who will be with you most of the time but does have other some other duties to attend to. Fishing is by fly and spinning to the end of May. The remainder of the season is fly fishing unless spate conditions prevail in which case spinning is allowed.
Rods may be left in the fishing hut overnight.
